Activities for You

We are open for everyone

You don’t have to be a member to come to any of our weekly or monthly activities shown below – they’re open to everyone in our area affected by Parkinson’s.

Some people only come to one activity – walking or conductive education for instance – and that’s fine. Some of our sessions are “pay as you go”, so there’s no up-front commitment to a series of sessions.  The exceptions are PD Power / PowerUP, hydrotherapy and Conductive Education where costs are payable in advance and non-refundable in the case of absence.

So, why not try one of our activities shown below – you’ll be made very welcome!
