The Speech and Language Therapy Department at NHS Buckinghamshire Healthcare is launching a new Parkinson’s group.
The first meeting will be on Wednesday, 22 April 2015 in Princes Risborough, and people with Parkinson’s and their partners/carers may attend.
|10-11am||The Loud Crowd (for clients who have previously attended LSVT or equivalent course/therapy)|
|11-12pm||Open Forum – to discuss the format and content of future groups, for people with Parkinson’s disease and their carers who have an interest in working on their speech and receiving information about speech and swallowing.|
|12-12.30pm||Choir – Exercises for the voice and respiratory muscles while having fun singing!|
|12.30-1pm||Tea, coffee and conversation|
The Club Room, Princes Risborough Community Centre, Stratton Road, Princes Risborough, HP27 9AX (map). Parking is available opposite at 30p per hour.
