Vegetarian and special dietary alternatives available. Please indicate requirements for each person on your reply slip.

We ask for a non-refundable contribution of £10 per person towards the cost of lunch.

Alcoholic and soft drinks will be available from the private cash bar in the function room.

Prize draw

We will hold a special prize draw instead of a raffle. We do hope you will understand if raffle prizes donated on the day are held over for a later event.

The function room is on your right from the main entrance, through the bar.

The Golf Club has a car park on the level immediately outside the clubhouse. You can drop off passengers close to the front entrance.
If you park in the overflow car park and you need assistance, a buggy shuttle will take you from your car to the front door of the clubhouse.

There are a limited number of disabled spaces in the car park. If necessary, priority will be given to Blue Badge holders.
If you can share a car with friends, or are able-bodied and can walk from the overflow car park, this will help others.
