Thank you for being a member of our 200 Club.

Thanks to your support the 200 Club has produced an amazing surplus of nearly £4,000 since it started last year. Later this year, we expect that total to have grown to £5,000 which we can use to support two scientific research projects aimed at improving life for people living with Parkinson’s and finding a cure.

As a member of the 200 Club, we would appreciate your help to decide which two research projects to support from the “Adopt a project” list (click to view/download) provided by Parkinson’s UK.

Please use the form below to vote for your first and second choice projects. Your second choice project will come into play if there is a tie, or near tie, when we look at the aggregate top two project choices voters make. You may vote for the same project for both of your choices if you feel that one project deserves all our support.

Incidentally, if you later change your mind about which projects to vote for, just fill in the form again. We will take your latest votes and remove any previous votes.

The closing date for voting is Sunday 7 August 2016.

We will analyse all the responses received immediately after the closing date and announce the results at the afternoon tea party on 10 August.  We will also let you know by email which projects have been selected.
